- Contribute to departmental and organizational objectives by embracing new challenges and requests.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional products and services to current clients.
- Oversee all facets of the sales process, with an emphasis on increasing the company's sales volume profitably.
- Conduct site assessments for estimate requests when necessary.
- Foster positive customer experiences with M3T by collaborating closely with the team to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.
- Support all sales initiatives undertaken by the Capture team.
- Meet individual sales targets, KPIs, and performance objectives.
- Promote a culture that positions M3T as a trusted advisor in security solutions.
- Engage with prospects to ascertain their product or service requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and promptly input data into our ERP System, Q360.
- Expand M3T's market presence within our operational region.
- Perform other duties as assigned to achieve company goals.
