Job Summary

We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to join our team. As a RBT, you will work closely with our experienced therapists and clinicians to provide behavioral therapy services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Implement behavioral therapy plans developed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Work one-on-one with children to teach new skills and behaviors
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to children and their families
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in ABA therapy
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or RBT certification
  • Experience working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
