Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA

Job Summary:

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA provides high-quality applied behavior analytic ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorders and related developmental disabilities. The BCBA works collaboratively with the Clinical Director, Associate Clinical Directors, and a team of BCBAs and Registered Behavior Therapists RBTs to deliver a range of assessment and clinical services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct behavioral assessments to aid in the creation of individualized skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans.
  • Provide training to caregivers and supervision to RBTs.
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Director and Associate Clinical Directors to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Ensure adherence to the BACB s Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts and all regulatory and statutory rules of the Board of Medicine for the State of Illinois.
  • Manage a weekly billable caseload of service hours as directed by the Director of Operations.

Requirements:

  • Masters Degree MA or equivalent.
  • BCBA Certification or eligible to sit for the exam within 3 months.
  • Computer skills required Google systems, Doc, Sheets, etc., Central Reach or other online data collection/billing systems.
  • Must have completed the standards for supervision as required by the BACB.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience providing ABA in an applied setting, with proven supervisory experience.
