RESPONSIBILITIES

*Deliver outstanding customer service:

*Greet and engage with each customer.
*Effectively suggest products and accommodate purchases to enhance the customer experience.
*Conduct product demonstrations and sampling.
*Create high-quality products in line with company standards:
*Serve only items that meet visual and product quality criteria.
*Exhibit knowledge and practice of safe food handling.
*Adhere to merchandising, stock, rotation, and storage protocols.
*Maintain a clean and professional appearance during every shift.

Support Store Profitability:
*Adhere to proper cash handling procedures and register policies.
*Follow inventory and stock management guidelines.
Take initiative to learn and demonstrate knowledge as a barista:
*Engage in self-directed learning beyond the standard training program.
*Master and uphold all product and conduct standards established by The GIANT Company and Starbucks.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous supervisory and/or barista experience is preferred.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must possess valid identification.
  • Must meet the company performance standards for the role, including regular attendance.
  • Special skills: customer-oriented, strong interpersonal abilities, and food handling certification preferred.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS

*Shift duration: minimum 4-hour shifts or more based on business needs

*Job cycles: continuous maximum

*Lift/carry: 50 lbs.

*Stand 55%, sit 0%, walk 45%
*Category IV: lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs.

*Maximum static pull: 20 lbs.
