About the Role

AEG is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including fans, ticket plan holders, and sponsors.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including sponsorship sales, group and season ticket packages.
  • Account Management: Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Communication: Provide exceptional communication and customer service to all stakeholders, including phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Utilize CRM software to track and report on sales progress, client relationships, and business performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the sports industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong leadership and organizational abilities, and a passion for sales and business development.
  • Work Schedule: Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.
