  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs, providing valuable insights to inform sales strategies.
  • Negotiations: Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial deals.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other VIP teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales metrics and provide regular reports to senior management, highlighting areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in retail sales, applying this knowledge to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in high-end boat and yacht sales, with a strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
  • CRM Proficiency: Proficiency in using CRM software for sales tracking and reporting, with experience in Excel and other business tools.
  • Boat Service Experience: Boat and yacht service experience a plus, but not required.
  • Closer and Problem Solver: Proven closer and problem solver, with the ability to negotiate contracts and resolve customer issues.
