Core Responsibilities:

  • Architect, develop, and sustain AWS cloud infrastructure adhering to industry standards.
  • Establish CI/CD workflows for automated building, testing, and deployment.
  • Analyze and enhance AWS resource utilization for optimal cost and performance.
  • Define and enforce DevOps methodologies, including continuous integration, continuous delivery, and automated testing protocols.
  • Design and implement robust, scalable, and highly available infrastructure frameworks for applications and services.
  • Diagnose and resolve infrastructure challenges in both production and staging environments.
  • Work alongside development teams to boost application performance and reliability.
  • Apply security best practices and ensure adherence to industry regulations.
  • Guide and mentor junior DevOps professionals.
  • Produce and maintain thorough documentation for architectural designs, processes, and best practices.
  • Keep abreast of AWS advancements and propose innovative technologies to enhance infrastructure.

Qualifications:

  • Over 10 years of experience in AWS DevOps positions.
  • Extensive understanding of AWS Cloud services and management.
  • Expertise in designing and managing AWS cloud environments, ensuring performance, security, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Practical experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and CloudFormation.
  • Proficient in scripting languages including Python, Shell, or PowerShell.
  • Strong grasp of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or AWS CodePipeline.
  • Experience with container technologies such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
  • Solid understanding of infrastructure as code (IaC) principles utilizing tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Exceptional troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative abilities.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
