- Manage drum, tote, and bin operations, including unloading, organizing, documenting, and processing.
- Control inventory; maintain and report designated minimum and maximum inventory levels for various products and materials.
- Handle shipping and receiving tasks: inspect, organize, and distribute incoming goods, report shortages and damages promptly. Prepare and load outgoing shipments.
- Lift heavy items and operate forklifts safely.
- Operate and maintain equipment for filter crushing and bulk unloading.
- Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment as required.
- Unload bulk collection trucks and manage processed materials.
- Ensure cleanliness in designated areas.
- Manage used oil generated from operations.
- Process all used materials as necessary.
- Maintain grounds and facilities as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Availability for night shifts is essential.
- 1+ years of experience in a warehouse or production environment preferred.
- 6+ months of forklift experience preferred.
- Experience with loading and unloading is a plus.
- Must wear appropriate personal protective equipment and be fitted for a full-face respirator.
- Comfortable working in confined spaces and able to achieve certification.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- A collaborative team player with strong communication skills.
- Basic computer skills required; proficiency in MS Word and Excel preferred.
