Receptionist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team at Staff My Agency. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and process customer accounts in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service with each and every interaction, ensuring that our clients feel valued and supported.
Requirements:
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Comfortable with making outbound calls and communicating with clients in a professional manner.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to empathize with and advocate for clients when necessary.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer:
  • $17/HR plus bonus.
