Job Title: Automotive Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Automotive Customer Service Representative to join our team at ACMGMT LLC. As a key member of our dealership, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound phone inquiries and web appointment requests from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Navigate through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy to provide timely and efficient service.
  • Maintain a high level of world-class customer service and professionalism to all customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Recommend additional products that best suit the customer's needs, driving sales and revenue growth.
  • Accept and implement coaching and feedback to achieve individual and team performance goals.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience required.
  • Call center experience highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient computer ability.
