Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our team at NOW Healthcare Recruiting (NP Now). As a Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough health assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for patients.

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Nursing with a focus on Family Practice or Primary Care.
  • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Minnesota.
  • Experience working in a family medicine setting, preferably in a primary care environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
