Job Title: Watercraft Inspector

Waterfront Restoration LLC is seeking a Watercraft Inspector to join our team. As a Watercraft Inspector, you will be responsible for inspecting watercraft for aquatic invasive species and educating the public on the importance of preventing their spread.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect watercraft for aquatic invasive species at public water access sites
  • Educate the public on the risks associated with aquatic invasive species and the importance of preventing their spread
  • Conduct verbal surveys to gather information on watercraft usage and aquatic invasive species presence
  • Document inspection activities and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement strategies to prevent the spread of aquatic invasive species
Requirements:
  • Verbal communication and customer relations experience
  • Ability to work outdoors in adverse weather conditions
  • Willingness to work weekends and holidays
  • Occasional lifting and walking or standing to a significant degree depending on traffic patterns
