**Responsibilities:**

  • Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support residents with personal care needs, including toileting and hygiene
  • Encourage independence and self-advocacy among residents
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Monitor and report changes in resident behavior or condition

**Requirements:**

  • A valid CNA certification
  • Must be 18 years of age upon hire
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**What We Offer:**

  • Competitive salary: $26.42 - $29.73 per hour
  • Night differential and weekend pay
  • Sign-on bonus: $2,000
