About the Role:

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a highly skilled Sonographer to join our team in a Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) setting. As a Sonographer, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality ultrasound services to our patients, working closely with our MFM specialists to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform high-quality ultrasound exams, including obstetric and fetal echocardiography
  • Acquire and maintain accurate patient records, including ultrasound images and reports
  • Collaborate with MFM specialists to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest ultrasound technologies and techniques
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting excellent patient care and outcomes
Requirements:
  • ARDMS OB/GYN certification or eligibility
  • Fetal echo certification or eligibility to obtain within 12 months of hire
  • Minimum 6 months experience as an ultrasound technician in an OB/GYN and/or MFM setting
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations
