Job Title: Junior Web Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Web Developer to join our team at Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing engaging digital experiences that meet the needs of our users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for our websites and applications.
  • Develop and maintain our company website, ensuring it is secure, fast, and accessible to all users.
  • Collaborate with our internal departments to contribute to all aspects of website and application design.
  • Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions and improve the overall user experience.
  • Use version control systems and performance optimization techniques to ensure fast-loading and responsive web experiences.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of two to four years of UI/UX related projects.
  • Minimum of four years of web design experience.
  • Strong experience in Adobe Creative Suite and coding languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
  • Familiarity with iMIS Rise association management software is a plus.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range of $82,000 - $95,000.
