Key Responsibilities- Sales Generation and Guest Service: Greet guests with a friendly attitude, provide legendary service, and consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
- Teammate Recruiting, Training, and Development: Recognize recruiting opportunities, coach and develop new teammates, and maintain a positive floor culture.
- Visual Merchandise Management: Own and influence product through zone ownership, execute and demonstrate new tools and videos, and confirm teammates are following visual standards.
- Operations: Work a flexible schedule, utilize the planner, and execute all point-of-sale procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; one to three months related retail experience and/or training preferred.
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle and travel, including overnight as required.
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver 30lbs throughout the store and backroom.
