Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support the implementation of inventory management and merchandising standards in our stores.
  • Plan and execute the replenishment of merchandise to ensure a well-stocked store for our customers.
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve sales and inventory goals.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve inventory accuracy and reduce shrinkage.
  • Provide coaching and training to store associates on inventory management and merchandising best practices.
  • Assist with the management of inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of merchandise.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in inventory management and merchandising.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of improving inventory accuracy and reducing shrinkage.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Retail merchandising and customer service experience.
  • Knowledge of inventory management software and systems.
  • Experience with vendor management and negotiations.
Work Environment

Michaels Stores is a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment. As a Replenishment Manager, you will be working in a store setting, interacting with customers and associates, and managing inventory levels. You will also be required to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
