Key Responsibilities- Develop highly advanced fuzing technologies and concepts for integration into missile systems and space vehicles
- Collaborate with program management on long-range program planning and review manufacturing processes
- Manage fuzing device development projects and propulsion subcontracts
- Provide frontline lead activities and mentor engineers who develop fuzing devices
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) or related degree and 8 years of prior relevant experience
- 8 years or more of experience in fuzing / one shots / engineering technology and/or engineering design
- Experience with fuzing devices design, manufacturing, testing, safety certification and/or compliance
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date
- MS in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Math, or related science degree
- Ten years or more of directly related experience in fuzing devices and their applications
- Systems knowledge to assure full development of fuzing device requirements and dissemination and flow down to subcomponent levels
