Key Responsibilities:

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology.
* Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat.
* Help customers navigate Uline\u0027s website and online ordering.
* Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor\u0027s degree preferred.
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we\u0027ll train you to provide legendary service for our customers.
