Role Summary:

We are in search of a dedicated Lead Research Scientist to become a vital part of our Antibody Development team. This position requires the application of diverse methodologies including B cell isolation, operation of Sony Sorter, flow cytometry (FACS), enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), and yeast display library screening to propel our antibody development initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • B Cell Isolation: Extracting targeted B cell populations through advanced high-throughput sorting techniques.
  • Flow Cytometry (FACS): Planning and executing FACS experiments for the validation of antibodies.
  • Yeast Display Library Screening: Performing yeast display library screening to discover potential antibody candidates.
  • Data Interpretation: Evaluating experimental results and compiling comprehensive reports.
  • Team Collaboration: Engaging with interdisciplinary teams to assist in project strategizing.

Required Qualifications:

Education: Master’s degree in Immunology, Molecular Biology, or a related discipline.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in B cell isolation, FACS, ELISA, and yeast display library screening.

  • Technical Proficiencies: Expertise in flow cytometry, ELISA assay formulation, and molecular biology methodologies.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
