Job Title: Feed Retail and Dealer Marketing Lead
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced marketing professional to lead our feed retail and dealer marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, retail experience, and a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement retail and dealer marketing strategies to grow the success of our dealer/retail network in the feed business unit.
- Collaborate with business unit leadership, dealers/retailers, and marketing teams to promote our portfolio of products and services through multiple channels.
- Represent the business unit at a global/corporate level in retail strategy development and serve as a key leadership partner to business unit leadership across functions.
- Responsible for dealer training, in-store displays, point of sale marketing, and Promoboxx campaigns.
- Execute key marketing initiatives and programs with dealerships, generating engagement and activation.
- Direct business unit-wide initiatives from conception to completion, ensuring they meet deadlines, budget, and scope while maintaining the highest standards of creativity and brand alignment.
Requirements:
- More than five years of experience in marketing, retail experience with preference for feed/farm dealer backgrounds.
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, proven leadership, collaboration, and organizational skills.
