This role will involve developing strategic sourcing partnerships, leading negotiations, and strategy implementation. You will also establish and implement countermeasures to compensate for negative performance and market trends. Additionally, you will partner with operational purchasing teams to ensure period-over-period process improvements.

Responsibilities include timely reporting to agreed-on KPIs and presenting strategic sourcing plans, activities, and successes to the Senior Leadership Team. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain/Operations management is required, with 8+ years of direct supply chain, operations, distribution, or related experience.

Key qualifications include deep industry expertise in resins and polymers, experience with direct material sourcing on a global scale, and multi-tier supplier relationship management. You will also have outstanding analytical skills, the ability to develop working partnerships with senior executives, and strong written communication and oral presentation skills.

Travel: Approximately 30% travel, including international.

Language: English.
