Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver high-quality instructional content to students in the Aviation Maintenance Technician program.
  • Provide hands-on training and guidance to students in the classroom and laboratory settings.
  • Assess student performance and provide feedback to students.
  • Develop and maintain curriculum materials and resources.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement program goals and objectives.
  • Stay current with industry developments and advancements in aviation maintenance technology.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • FAA mechanic certification with both Airframe and Powerplant ratings.
  • At least 3 years of experience as an Aviation Maintenance Technician.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • 5 years of experience as an Aviation Maintenance Technician.
  • Experience in teaching or training in a related field.
