Job Description

Hygiena LLC is a leading provider of rapid microbiology diagnostic tests and solutions for mission-critical, time-sensitive processes around the world. Our proprietary diagnostic technologies enable customers to prevent illness and save lives, comply with regulations, protect products and brands, and run businesses more effectively.

We are actively seeking a highly skilled Territory Sales Manager III - Northeast Region to join our team. This is a full-time remote position, and the ideal candidate will reside in California, preferably in the Sacramento or Northern California region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute an annual accelerated business growth plan in partnership with Territory Account Managers (TAMs), focusing on new product launches, pricing management, organic growth in accounts, and competitive conversion.
  • Monitor market segments and competitive offerings, adjusting tactics and go-to-market strategies to accelerate sales growth.
  • Partner with Sales Management to identify strategic opportunities, participate in annual goal setting and planning, and lead and coach Level I and II TSMs, providing direction and training as needed.
  • Work closely with TAMs, Marketing, R&D, and Distributor Partners to overcome customer obstacles and maintain and gain new business.
  • Optimize sales resources to accelerate profitable sales, meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual goals while managing a territory operating budget.
  • Utilize and update the CRM MS 365 platform daily to manage the assigned territory, keeping the top 100 accounts current monthly.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in liberal arts, business management, or a related field, or equivalent education and work experience.
  • Minimum of 6 years of B2B sales experience, including sales experience and/or knowledge of the food and beverage processing market, or sales experience in sales and/or marketing in the healthcare market, with a leadership role.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS 365 CRM), and WebEx or similar web meeting applications.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to use discretion and independent judgment.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt and flex to a changing environment.
  • Ability to lift/carry 20 pounds.
Working Conditions:
  • Minimum of 50% travel.
  • Days consist of driving and/or flying and driving to see customers in the territory.
  • May occasionally work evenings and/or weekends.
