We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at Bancroft. As a Senior BCBA, you will play a key role in providing leadership and supervision to our clinical team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality behavioral services to our clients.

Responsibilities

As a Senior BCBA, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing clinical supervision to behavior analysts and clinical specialists
  • Developing and implementing treatment plans for clients with severe behavioral challenges
  • Conducting functional analyses and preference assessments to inform treatment decisions
  • Leading clinical case review meetings to ensure effective programming
  • Supervising and training staff to ensure quality behavioral services
  • Completing submissions for funding sources and leading clinical authorization process
  • Presenting research to internal and external audiences


Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Doctoral (BCBA-D) certification
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the assessment and treatment of severe problem behavior
  • Prior experience in single-subject research
