We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Practice Practitioner to join our team at CommonSpirit Health Mountain Region. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and advancing the field of medicine.

About the Role:

As an Advanced Practice Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and education. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans, and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and education
  • Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to advance patient care and outcomes
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices to provide evidence-based care

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in nursing or a related field
  • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Board certification in a relevant specialty
  • 2+ years of experience in a clinical setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
