Job Summary:

We are hiring LPNs/LVNs to provide one-to-one patient care in a home environment. The ideal candidate will have good standing licensure, current CPR certification, and a willingness to provide in-home nursing care to infants, children, and/or adolescents.

Responsibilities:
  • Execution of physician-prescribed plans of care and compliant documentation of care provided
  • Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
