Job Overview

RPM Development Group, a leading NJ developer of affordable housing, is seeking an experienced live-in site manager for a mid-rise residential building located in Newark, NJ.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining the site in good working order and adhering to RPM policies.
  • Addressing work orders and ensuring timely completion.
  • Overseeing the turnover of vacant units.
  • Responding to on-call emergencies.
  • Managing inventory of equipment, products, and supplies.

Qualifications:

  • Previous site management experience.
  • Experience with minor repairs, including electric, plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
  • Highly skilled in maintaining overall cleanliness of assigned property.
  • Able to work efficiently without constant supervision.
  • Able to operate industrial cleaning equipment and snow removal equipment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record for local errands.
