Commercial Lending Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Lender to join our team at GPAC, a leading search firm specializing in placing quality professionals within multiple industries across the United States. As a Commercial Lender, you will play a critical role in building strong relationships with our clients and providing expert advice on lending opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to identify lending opportunities.
- Conduct thorough credit analyses and provide expert advice on loan structuring and underwriting.
- Work closely with various departments to ensure seamless loan processing and closing.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance with our bank's lending policies.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in commercial lending, with a strong understanding of loan processing and closing processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct thorough credit analyses and provide expert advice.
- Familiarity with loan processing and closing processes, as well as industry trends and regulatory requirements.
