Job Summary

EvergreenHealth is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in providing high-quality care to patients with lymphedema and oncology rehabilitation needs. As a Physical Therapist in this role, you will be responsible for providing individualized evaluation and ongoing assessment of patients' conditions, addressing special needs and behaviors. You will develop treatment goals in conjunction with the interdisciplinary team, ensuring patients achieve the highest level of function possible.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform individualized evaluation and ongoing assessment of patients' conditions
Develop treatment goals in conjunction with the interdisciplinary team
Develop and revise treatment plans as necessary
Provide instruction and supervision of Therapy Aides in patient care activities
Accountable for following guidelines for attendance, punctuality, and overall dependability

Requirements:

Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the State of Washington
Baccalaureate, Masters Degree, or certificate in Physical Therapy
Current Healthcare Provider BLS certification
Knowledge and training in the special needs of patients from young adult to geriatric ages

Preferred Qualifications:

2 years of experience in Lymphedema and Breast Cancer Rehabilitation
Lymphedema Rehabilitation Certified from an accredited lymphedema program
Skilled in components of Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT)
