About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Assess patients' functional abilities and create customized treatment plans.

Document patient progress and outcomes, and adjust treatment plans as needed for optimal results.

Requirements

Occupational Therapist (OT) License
BLS Certifications
Two years of recent Occupational Therapist experience
Strong communication and adaptability skills.
