- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Design, or a related field.
- More than 5 years of experience in a professional office providing architectural and engineering services.
- Minimum 5 years of wireless telecommunications work experience.
- Experience with AutoCAD 2011 or higher, with Revit experience a plus.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
- Knowledge of costs, scheduling, and project management.
- Experience managing a team and providing leadership.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel (25-50% market travel).
- Remote flexibility, working from anywhere.
