**Job Summary**

The Part Time Assistant Store Manager role is a key position that supports the Store Manager in leading a team of associates to achieve sales growth, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a positive store environment.

**Responsibilities:**

• **Sales and Revenue Growth:** Drive sales by creating a sales-generating environment through the implementation of all corporate sales directives.

• **Customer Service:** Foster a service-oriented environment tailored to the unique needs of each customer, ensuring they receive exceptional service.

• **Merchandise Management:** Ensure merchandise standards and product presentations are of the highest quality, creating a WOW factor for customers.

• **Leadership and Development:** Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and empowerment to team members, setting clear expectations and leading by example.

• **Communication and Collaboration:** Set the vision and direction for the store, share information to align the team, and foster a sense of ownership and accountability.

**Requirements:**

• 2-3 years of progressively responsible retail experience, with at least 1 year of supervision experience.

• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to train, coach, and mentor associates.

• Ability to make decisions, communicate effectively, analyze financial information, problem-solve, and possess strong organizational and computer skills.

• Must be 21 years of age and able to relocate for future growth and promotional opportunities.
