  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize all areas of the restaurant, including equipment, floors, and restrooms.
  • Trash and Recycling: Manage trash and recycling, including emptying trash compactors and recycling bins.
  • Lighting and HVAC: Change light bulbs and clean HVAC and exhaust units to ensure a comfortable and healthy environment.
  • Facilities Support: Assist with various facilities-related tasks, such as unloading delivery trucks and maintaining stock rooms.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Previous experience in maintenance or janitorial work
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor
