POSITION SUMMARY:

The Financial Services Representative plays a vital role in delivering a comprehensive range of retail banking solutions to both existing and prospective clients. By identifying and nurturing opportunities, you will provide tailored solutions and services, fostering long-term relationships with our customers. Precision is essential in this role to ensure all documentation is accurate and complete, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail.

  • Deliver exceptional service to every client.
  • Address all service-related inquiries, including wire transfers, account balancing, check orders, account closures, ATM card issues, and updates to existing accounts.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of deposit, loan, convenience, and non-deposit services through ongoing education and training.
  • Assess new and existing clients' financial service needs through attentive listening and insightful questioning.
  • Promote a variety of deposit and non-deposit services to clients based on their specific needs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of two years in retail banking.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficient in navigating various computer systems, with working knowledge of Word and Excel.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Service-focused, courteous, and respectful.
  • Advanced problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  • Ability to follow directions and work independently until tasks are completed.
WORK SCHEDULE:

Some extended business hours may be required.
