Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Oversight: Direct and manage IT projects from conception to execution, ensuring timely completion, budget compliance, and alignment with the organization's strategic objectives. Formulate project plans, allocate resources, and track progress to meet project goals.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Salesforce Administrator, ERP certifications) are advantageous.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 - 5 years in IT management, demonstrating a successful track record in project management, Salesforce administration, and ERP system oversight.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Salesforce, ERP systems, and IT infrastructure management. Strong knowledge of network and server architecture, database management, and cybersecurity principles.
