Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic leader to serve as our Sales Manager in our Houston, TX location. The ideal candidate will possess tactical and coaching skills to help us increase our share of the US Compressed air market. Previous experience in sales management and/or industrial sales is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise all branch sales, administrative, and service personnel.
  • Develop the overall plan for the growth of the branch.
  • Have profit and loss responsibility for the branch.
  • Ensure adherence to Kaeser's operational guidelines.
  • Collaborate with other departments to maintain a customer-focused experience.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma (required), College degree (preferred).
  • 3-5 years' management experience, preferably in the compressed air industry or industrial/manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to develop new business while increasing existing business.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor sales, service, and office staff.
  • Clean driving record (required).
  • Computer skills (required).
  • SAP experience is a plus.
