We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Marriott. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and increasing sales through effective sales strategies and tactics.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and increase sales
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to drive sales and revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a hotel or hospitality industry
