Speech Language Pathologist Assistant

Soliant is seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to join our team in Anaheim, CA. As an SLPA, you will collaborate closely with licensed speech-language pathologists to provide high-quality speech and language therapy services to our clients.

About the Job:

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with speech-language pathologists to develop and implement treatment plans and interventions for students with communication disorders.
• Assist in administering assessments and screenings to identify speech and language challenges.
• Conduct one-on-one and group therapy sessions for students, utilizing various therapy techniques and activities.
• Monitor and adjust therapy plans as needed, based on client progress and feedback from the supervising speech-language pathologist.
• Support the maintenance and utilization of specialized therapy equipment and materials.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field.
• Successful completion of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program.
• Possession of a valid SLPA license or certification (if required in your state).
• Strong knowledge of speech and language development, as well as familiarity with common speech and language disorders.
