Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse role focuses on providing clinical direction and coordination of a patient-care team in collaboration with the medical staff to deliver a full range of patient services.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess patient and family needs, implement the plan of care, and review and evaluate the effectiveness.
  • Provide care based on the age-related needs of pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients, considering their developmental/psychosocial needs, environmental safety, education needs, communication style, and level of understanding.
  • Minimum of six (6) months Interventional Radiology acute care experience within the last two (2) years is required.
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Registered Nurse - State Licensure - RN, Basic Life Support Certification - BLS, and Advanced Cardiac Life Support - ACLS are required.
  • Must have demonstrated knowledge of basic nursing skills and effective English written and communication skills.
  • Independently practices and prioritizes multiple demands in an ever-changing environment.
  • Good interpersonal, communication (both oral and written) and teamwork skills are required.

Working Conditions:

Pay Range is $69.89 to $92.57 / hour. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate's experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs. Base pay is just one piece of the total rewards program offered by Sutter Health. Eligible roles also qualify for a comprehensive benefits package.
