Job Title: Interventional Radiology Technologist

Job Summary:

Sutter Health is seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team at Sutter Roseville Medical Center. As a key member of our imaging department, you will be responsible for performing routine and specialized interventional radiology procedures to produce high-quality images for physicians and other healthcare providers.

Responsibilities:

* Competently perform interventional radiology procedures to produce quality images
* Work independently, exercising sound judgment and developed clinical skills
* Gain confidence and cooperation from patients, families, and healthcare providers through competent patient assessment and effective communication
* Adhere to local, state, and federal regulations, codes, policies, and procedures to ensure patient safety and privacy

Requirements:

* Graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technologist Program
* Certification as a Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) and American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification
* Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications
* One year of experience in interventional radiology, preferably in neuro-IR

Preferred Skills:

* General knowledge of interventional diagnostic principles, procedures, views, and equipment
* Ability to prioritize assignments and work within standardized operating procedures
* Familiarity with computer applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite and related information systems

Work Environment:

* Varied schedule, including weekends and holidays
* Full-time position with 30 hours per week
