Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Provider LCSW(A), LCMHC(A), or LMFT(A) to join our multidisciplinary treatment team at Kintegra Health. This role involves providing behavioral health and substance abuse screening, brief intervention, education, and referral services for patients in our outpatient behavioral health clinic and private maternity clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide evidence-based assessment, intervention, consultation, and referral services for patients with behavioral and chronic health conditions.
  • Work collaboratively with the primary healthcare team to improve patient care and increase team efficiency.
  • Formulate and implement behavioral health, substance abuse, and chronic disease management plans of care.
  • Assist primary care providers with screening, identification, diagnosis, management, and treatment of behavioral health and substance use issues.
  • Engage in ongoing assessment and quality improvement strategies to enhance primary care/behavioral health integration.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum two years' experience in a public health setting.
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker Certification (LCSW or LCSW-A) in good standing with the Social Work Certification and Licensure Board of North Carolina (or equivalent).
