About the Role

We are seeking a qualified mental health therapist to join our clinical team at Spring Health. As a therapist on our team, you will provide psychotherapy to clients using our tech-enabled, AI/machine-learning platform that prioritizes patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to adults and potentially other populations such as children, adolescents, couples, or families.
  • Maintain a calendar displaying your availability and complete session documentation in a timely manner within our electronic health record (EHR).
  • Collaborate with our dedicated provider support team, licensed clinical care navigation team, and administrative care support team as needed.
  • Provide culturally competent and empathetic care, upholding our values of diversity and inclusion for all races, ethnicities, and genders.

Requirements:

  • Unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy in at least one state and ideally multiple states (Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, etc.).
  • Minimum 3 years of total experience within mental health.
  • Dedicated office space for in-person therapy if desired.
  • Comfort with technology, ability to manage online calendar, and comfortable delivering therapy via Zoom.
  • Training and experience in evidence-based modalities of care such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, CPT.
