Manufacturing Technician

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Operator to join our team at Knowles Corporation in Valencia, CA. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for inspecting electronic assemblies, subassemblies, parts, and components for defects.
Key Responsibilities- Read and comprehend testing schedules, work orders, test manuals, performance specifications, and schematics to determine testing procedure and equipment to be used.
- Test functional performance of parts under specified environmental conditions, such as temperature change, vibration, pressure, and humidity.
- Calibrate test instruments according to specifications and connect units to test equipment.
- Read and record test data, including voltage, frequency, distortion, inductance, and capacitance.
- Analyze test results to determine cause of failure and maintain records of production and inspection data.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to write simple correspondence and effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Knowles Corporation offers a competitive total compensation package, including base pay, to its employees. The starting salary for this role is targeted to be between $17.00 to $20.00, depending on previous experience and skills acquired prior to joining the company.
