Senior Human Resources Business Partner

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at HCA Healthcare. As a key member of our HR team, you will provide strategic support to designated managers and employees at one or more locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement workforce strategies and diagnose issues to drive business results
  • Measure employee satisfaction and implement initiatives to improve the employee experience
  • Advise and counsel managers on situational issues, performance, and discipline
  • Coordinate and facilitate employee activity groups to foster a positive work environment
  • Partner with managers to maximize effectiveness and efficiency through labor and efficiency initiatives
  • Deploy development programs, performance management, appraisal, and talent acquisition program tools to support business objectives
  • Assist with employee onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth transition

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, with a minimum of 2 years as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner
