About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Lead Veterinarian to join our team at Inman Park Animal Hospital. As a key member of our veterinary team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, leading by example, and mentoring our veterinary staff.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including physical examinations, surgeries, and dentistry
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional communication and education
  • Lead and mentor our veterinary staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork
  • Stay up-to-date with new medical information and changes in veterinary medicine, attending continuing education meetings
  • Assist in the development of our paraprofessional team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and exceptional client service
Requirements
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited university
  • Licensure in good standing to practice in Georgia
  • 3+ years of leadership/management experience, preferred
  • 3+ years of experience as a veterinarian, required
  • Professional comportment and appearance, with excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, friendly attitude
