Treatment Center Director/Clinic Manager Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Treatment Center Director/Clinic Manager to lead our Opiate Treatment Program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical operations, leadership, and management, with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the Opiate Treatment Program, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Manage a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, counselors, and auxiliary staff, to provide exceptional patient care and services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the OTP Medical Director, Psychiatric consultant, and QA/QI activities to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, CARF/JCAHO standards, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field of substance abuse treatment and apply this knowledge to improve program operations and patient care.
Requirements:
  • Multiple years of experience as an administrator of a clinical program, preferably in substance abuse treatment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Strong understanding of clinic operations, HIPAA, federal, state, and CARF standards and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to supervise and manage personnel.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to recommend alternative solutions, execute, and monitor.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and generate ideas and benefits for the company.
  • Customer service-focused, eager, and energetic.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Satisfactory drug screen and criminal background check.
