- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical, emotional, and social needs.">
- Develop individualized care plans, incorporating evidence-based practices and patient preferences.">
- Implement and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans, making adjustments as necessary.">
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.">

- Provide patients and families with education and support to promote self-care and empowerment.">
- Encourage open communication and address concerns promptly.">
- Foster a safe and supportive environment, prioritizing patient comfort and well-being.">

Requirements:
">- ">
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing; current New York registration.">
- One year of acute care nursing experience preferred; BLS certification required; ACLS certification for RNs except NICU and OR RNs.">
- PALS certification required for PACU, 5I Pediatrics, Emergency Department, Armonk Urgent Care, and Ambulatory Surgery RNs.">
- NRP certification required for Mother-Baby unit, Labor & Delivery, and NICU RNs.">
- Successful completion of Department and Unit Orientation Program.">
- Core competencies: Teamwork & Adaptability, Acts as a Professional Role Model, Assessment Skills, Excellent Communication Skills, Attention to Detail, Planning & Organizing, Sound Problem-Solving, Judgment, and Decision-Making Skills, Stress Tolerance.">
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with continuous interruptions, adapt to rapidly changing situational needs, and detect sounds and respond to emergency signals.">
Salary Range: $111,827-$146,888 (based on full-time hours)
