Job Summary
We seek a highly skilled Lead Applied Behavior Analyst to join our Child Residential Program team. This role will provide leadership in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for children with complex behavioral needs.
The successful candidate will have expertise in providing Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs), collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and facilitating staff training and supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level guidance on FBA methodology and implementation
- Collaborate with clinical teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Facilitate RBT training and supervision programs for staff
- Develop and maintain high-quality documentation and reporting systems
Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:
- A Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- At least one year of experience in providing behavioral services to individuals with developmental and/or emotional disabilities
- Experience in providing technical assistance and training to care providers and families
