Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Behavior Analyst to join our Spurwink Team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing evidence-based training, supervision, and direct instruction to our client population in our day treatment and milieu settings.

Salary and Benefits

$10,000 Sign-On Bonus + Competitive Pay and Benefits Package

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) for children in our child residential program
  • Daily collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to meet the child's treatment goals
  • Provide supervision for staff in Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field and certification by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Additionally, you should have at least one year of experience in providing behavioral services to individuals with developmental and/or emotional disabilities, as well as experience providing technical assistance and training to care providers and/or families.
